Where did the idea come from?

The Managing Director had a problem after giving birth to her first daughter. Like many Mums, she wanted to return to work, but not on a full time basis. She soon realised that there were very few websites dedicated to part-time jobs (especially for mothers). And after weeks of searching, she couldn't find a single website dedicated purely to part-time activities.
This frustration has driven her to create a website dedicated to all things part-time. JustPartTime is the site parents, students, tourists and older people have been waiting for.

Reaching the part-time workforce

Conducting a practical research indicated that there is still a large, well skilled potential part-time or job sharing workforce available to employers and the need to work or study part-time, creates the need for part-time services.

Our driver is to provide a webguide where our users can find anything they need so long as it is part-time.
