More than 120 new jobs have been created by two business projects about to open in the Belfast area.

The Park Inn Hotel, which opens on the site of the old Belfast Superbowl off Bedford Street, will provide 60 full-time and several part-time jobs.

A further 60 jobs have been created in Dundonald with the opening of Northern Ireland's first digital cinema.

The eight-screen Omniplex Digital at the Eastpoint Entertainment Village will be able to screen 3D films.

The £16m Park Inn has 145 rooms and is the first to be built in Northern Ireland by the Rezidor Hotel Group.
