12.30pm - 1pm: Motivational and Body Language

Speaker: Dress for Success
The aim of the workshop is to promote self confidence in each person and it will cover body language and self awareness. It will be made up of talks and practical exercises.

 

1.15pm - 1.45pm: Starting up a business

2pm - 2.30pm: Presentation and Dress

Speaker: Dress for Success
The aim of this session will be to discuss how to present and dress yourself at an interview and when giving presentations as part of the interview. It will consist of talks and demonstrations.

 

2.45pm - 3.15pm: Running a business and time management issues as a business woman/mother.
Speaker: Julie White, who successfully pitched her company; Truly, Madly Baby to the Dragon’s Den panel.

 

3.30pm - 4pm:  Find out how the key principles of money management can help you achieve financial security for you   and your family
